Product description
tesa RollMasker 4903 LT is a combination of 4309-tape and HDPE-film for large area maskings during mulitcolor car paintings in the paint shop at automotive OEMs.
The combination of tape and film reduces process times and material waste at the OEM compared to a stand-alone filmic hood. It ensures an efficient and reliable masking process with a temperature resistance of up to 120°C/1h. Thus, it can be used at paintings with wet-demasking processes or medium temperature oven temperatures.
Besides, it offers the following features:
- Tear resistant paper masking tape enable quick de-masking drying
- Statical loading of film eliminates risk of overspray as well as paint deformations on the car body
