2026 Summer Intern
What you will do
1. Participate in the design and implementation of RPA solutions for procurement processes; identify and analyze automation opportunities such as PR/PO data processing, compliance checks, and exception PO tracking.
2. Develop, maintain, and optimize automation workflows using RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere).
3. Collaborate with the POD team to translate procurement workflows into automation logic.
4. Perform RPA process testing, issue troubleshooting, and performance optimization; prepare process documentation and user manuals.
5. Work with procurement systems (e.g., SAP Ariba / AskLio) to support data extraction, report maintenance, and process standardization and continuous improvement.
What you will need
1. Undergraduate or postgraduate students majoring in Information Systems, Computer Science, Automation, Industrial Engineering, Data Analysis, Supply Chain, Business, or related fields.
2. Familiar with at least one RPA tool (such as UiPath, Power Automate / Power Automate Desktop, or Automation Anywhere); Candidates with project-based hands-on experience are preferred.
3. Strong logical thinking and process analysis skills, with the ability to break down business requirements into executable automation logic.
4. Good communication skills; able to use English as a working language.
5. Proficient in Excel.
