Key Account Manager – International Key Accounts (Nordics)

Your role
As Key Account Manager, you will manage and grow a portfolio of 30–40 key customers within Workplace / Office Supplies and e‑commerce. Your mission is to develop long‑term partnerships, drive profitable growth, and strengthen tesa’s market position.
You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, Logistics and Finance, and collaborate daily with international colleagues across Europe.

Your responsibilities
Own full Sales & Margin responsibility for your customer portfolio
Develop customer strategies and negotiate commercial agreements
Open new business partnerships & prospects and develop them successfully
Drive new initiatives, campaigns and business opportunities
Continuously optimize product assortments & presentations and improve tesa footprint
Act as a trusted advisor on products and solutions
Manage your pipeline and activities in our CRM system
Travel approx. 25–35 days per year across the Nordics.

Your profile
You bring a strong commercial mindset and thrive in an international environment.
Ideally, you have:
Experience with international B2B sales and negotiations
Knowledge of Office Supplies and Stationery
Digital Mindset and good e-commerce knowledge
A commercial education (e.g. Bachelor or similar)
Several years’ experience in sales – or a marketing/product background with strong commercial ambition and good communication skills
The ability to build relationships at multiple organizational levels
Strong analytical skills applied in negotiations and presentations
Residence in Greater Copenhagen or Zealand
Fluency in Danish and English (negotiation level); understanding of other Scandinavian languages is a plus
Brings a strong hands-on mentality with a proactive, can-do attitude
Used to working autonomously and self-driven
Strong customer orientation
SAP / CRM knowledge is an added value
Used to remote management
Microsoft Office experience user
tesa’s corporate language is English.
