What you will do
- Manage supplier communication for data collection (SDS), including supplier details and project-specific information;
- Coordinate the communication between R&D and supplier;
- First contact window for supplier inquiries;
- Regularly review and update the completion rate as well as prepare the report accordingly;
- Perform other support tasks as assigned.
What you will need
- Bachelor’s degree in Environment, Business Administration, Sustainability or Finance-related field is preferred;
- 1-2 years of relevant working experience;
- Excellent oral and written English skills, proficient in Office software suite;
- Good communication skills essential for effective supplier engagement, along with a collaborative teamwork spirit;
- Preferably, knowledge or interest in sustainability/ESG, analytics, and compliance topics and processes.
