COVID-19 Communication

As the global corona crisis continues, situations change almost daily. Currently, tesa can announce no plant closures and tesa plants in Europe, Asia, and North America continue to produce under strict safety measures for the protection of our employees.

tesa’s highest priority remains the safety and health of our employees as well as the delivery of high-quality products and services to our customers. While the COVID-19 pandemic continues, tesa is maintaining rigid safety measures to protect our teams while ensuring business continuity. All team members who can perform their work from home are doing so. Our plant and warehouse personnel are practicing safe social distancing within our manufacturing plants.

The persistence of the COVID-19 pandemic combined with recent extraordinary weather events and global logistics constraints is causing supply disruptions throughout various industries.  Certain tesa suppliers of adhesive tape components (e.g., resins, monomers, backings) have notified tesa of their inability to consistently supply product to us due to these or other Force Majeure events.  These unexpected issues beyond our control may cause delays in tesa deliveries. We will keep you reasonably informed of the impacts of these events.   At present tesa does not have adequate information to assess the exact duration of potential delays, but we will make every effort to update the situation as soon as we can.
