  • Ensure an excellent planning of the overall consensus demand forecast for HUB North EEU  
  • Consolidate and lead the consensus forecast review meetings with sales & marketing 
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at maximizing forecast accuracy and forecast value  
  • Support the regional demand planning team for tactical / strategic project initiatives 
  • Hit rate and Forecast Accuracy monitoring and corrective actions implementing 
  • Local Key users for OMP+ 

What you will do

  • Sales data analysis (market, history, trends…) in order to define the sales planning in a short, medium, long term and following up the sales deviations 
  • Managing the different stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service) to discuss and confirm the monthly forecasting figures and to get commitment for these numbers (consensus fct meeting) 
  • data Monthly update / review of forecast  
  • Weekly FC updates during the month with proactive information sharing to sales and marketing in case of major deviations in demand (+/-)  
  • Monitoring forecast performance on local level regarding target, identifying and applying potential improvements  
  • Phase-in / phase out management and support annual delisting process  
  • Being part of the EU Sales planning community, supporting the continuous improvement projects, and making the difference 

What you will need

Educational qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s Degree  
  • Good knowledge of supply chain planning processes as well as SAP MM processes  
  • Advanced user knowledge in SAP and MS Office (mainly Excel) 
  • Fluent in English 
  • IBF or APICS Certification will be considered as a plus 

Relevant experience: 

  • 2+ years in sales planning / demand / forecasting in multinational Companies, ideally with planning tools such as OMP+ or APO
