Product description
tesa® Adhesion Promoter is used to improve the adhesion of tesa® ACXplus tapes on different substrates, including PP/ EPDM, zinc and steel. Due to the multitude of available lacquers and surface formulation in the marketplace we recommend to test our Adhesion Promoter prior to usage.
tesa® Adhesion Promoter 60150 is UV traceable, because of UV pigments contained in the solution.

Additional Info
The bonding surface should be free of dust, grease, oil, moisture and other contaminants before using tesa® Adhesion Promoter 60150.
Clean the substrate with a lint free cloth and appropriate solvents, such as Ethanol or Isopropanol.
Then apply tesa® Adhesion Promoter 60150 thinly to the bonding surface, making sure that the entire surface is coated. The Adhesion Promoter can be applied with a lint free clothor brush, application pen or felt applicator.
Wait 30 seconds to 5 minutes to give the solvents time to evaporate.
Keep the prepared surface free from contaminants prior to applying tesa® ACXplus tape.
Open time for bonding are several hours/ days.
Shelf life are 12 month when stored in the original container at room temperature.
