eCommerce Sales & Assortment Manager (m/f/x)

What you will do

We are a growing e-commerce team looking for a highly motivated eCommerce Sales & Assortment Manager to join our team. As an Ecommerce Sales & Assortment Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and optimizing our product assortment to ensure that we are meeting the needs of our customers in Europe. Join a consumer focused eCommerce driven team full of passion and team spirit.

As an eCommerce Sales & Assortment Manager you develop and execute our eCommerce assortment strategy across different eCommerce channels. Moreover you support the Channel Manager to manage digital accounts and market places across Europe. You ensure high quality eCommerce support to dealers and partners. You have always our consumer in focus.. You are valued contact for accounts and internal colleagues and convince by your eCommerce competencies and your agile solution oriented working style.

  • eCommerce Sales Service Management
    • Develop and support initiatives to drive revenue growth on marketplaces or partner eCommerce platforms
    • Conceptional and operational Front and backend management incl. assortment, content, pricing, and customer data
    • Customer budget & Invoice management and monitoring
  • eCommerce Assortment Management
    • Partner with our marketing team to identify new products and categories to add to our assortment
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize our product assortment and ensure that we are meeting the needs of our customers
    • Define and execute eCommerce assortment concept and ensure correct product data maintainance & optimization
  • eCommerce Analytics
    • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
    • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to drive growth

What you will need

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, eCommerce or comparable proven practice expertise
  • 3+ years of experience in ecommerce Sales and Marketing, or related field (preferably consumer brands)
  • Analytical skills and experience using data to drive business decisions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with ecommerce marketplaces such as Amazon and Galaxus, as well as leading eTailer as Brack, Conrad, others
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • English & German fluent, further languages of advantage
