We are seeking for a motivated intern to join our HR team in Barcelona!

Purpose of the Role:
Support the HR Manager in executing the company’s employee cycle plan and assist with day-to-day HR operations for Spain & Portugal.
Main Functions:
· Provide support in the recruitment process: CV’s screening, interviews scheduling, initial screening calls, communication with candidates.
· Provide support in training: research of local training providers based on defined criteria; collect and structure training offers (content, format, pricing).
· Provide support in the onboarding and offboarding processes.
· Provide support in the payroll.
· Attend meetings with the Works Council.
· Participate in internal HR trainings and meetings with the international HR team.
· Contribute to small HR projects focused on process improvement, and support ad-hoc tasks within the HR team.
· Provide support with administrative HR tasks (such as preparation of HR letters).
· Update organigram and employees data in the HR systems, ensuring that the data is accurate and compliant with the legislation.
· Manage employee attendance records in accordance with the labour law.
What you will need
Educational qualifications:
· Currently pursuing studies in Human Resources (HR), Psychology or related fields.
· Previous experience in HR and/or in a multinational company is a plus.
Required skills:
· Fluency in Spanish (C1 level) and English (B2 level). Fluency in Portuguese is a plus.
· Knowledge of Spanish and/or Portuguese labor regulation is a plus.
· Willingness to learn and positive attitude.
· Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
· Ability to manage sensitive information and keep it confidential.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to be a good team player in a multicultural environment.
We offer a paid internship with a flexible duration between approximately 6 to 9 months.
