In this this technically-oriented position, you will drive further industrial business growth of tesa, in line with the company strategy, and commercialize our innovative & sustainable solutions. We expect your technical expertise and commercial contributions to make an impact from first month onward.
You will work in close cooperation with sales team Poland & Baltics, our marketing team and other European colleagues, leveraging your technical knowledge to succeed in this role.
Your key responsibilities will be:
Increase sales and market share with portfolio of assigned customers, with maximum focus on sales on key accounts
Use technical knowledge to maintain and expand the customer relationship and build the mutual trust to achieve company targets
Identity new opportunities on the market and successfully commercialize it by working actively on new & project based potentials
Drive strategic technical business development at our Trade Partners and major industrial manufacturers around Poland.
What you will need
Technical expertise and commercial approach.
We expect you to be a strong communicator, capable to find a common ground with people on various levels at the production, making it easier to support their needs & grow the cooperation. With your technical drive and proactive, structured approach you ensure our partners receive the highest level of technical support at all levels of the organization.
The ideal candidate also:
Has a Bachelor’s level of technical education combined with 5 years of commercial background preferably related to the railway, trailer, ship manufacturing and experience in an international environment
Can develop business and find the best solution for all parties, even in difficult situations
Is naturally open-minded, proactive and takes an agile approach to technical challenges
Has a strong digital mindset and capabilities (incl. Office 365 applications)
Is proficient in Polish and has excellent English language and presentation skills
Is ready to travel for up to 60% of the time
Preferred location is the central part of Poland (e.g. Warsow, Lodz or surroundings ) #remote.
