Implementation and further development of the social media strategy. He/she gathers trend and market requirements through communication with the global teams, conferences or professional seminars/literature and independently develops strategy proposals regarding channel mix, focus, content types, social commerce and community management.
Content Conception and Implementation
He/She is responsible for content planning from conception to steering implementation for the social media channels Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, Twitter, TicToc. He/She is in close exchange with the Marketing Managers and the Regional Managers to develop and align a common master content planning on an ongoing basis. The jobholder is responsible for ensuring that the tesa brand values defined in the brand booklet and the tesa brand image concept are implemented on the social channels. Further, the brand guides are to be expanded to include social media formats.
Social Commerce: The jobholder is responsible for building "store fronts" on tesa SE's social media channels. Social Shopping in direct connection with tesa SE's Digital Flagship Store is an essential part of the D2C and Social Media strategy. He/She maintains products and offers on the social store fronts in coordination with the Store Manager of the flagship store and manages agencies in the conception and implementation of social commerce campaigns in close cooperation with the Manager Performance Marketing.
Setup of Influencer Campaigns: Analysis of local touchpoints with the defined target group. Conception of campaigns with local opinion leaders (influencers) within local social channels, blogs and video platforms. Technical leadership of local colleagues in identifying suitable influencers to build the tesa brand in new markets or promote new business models such as the Digital Flagship Store. Monitoring of the KPIs of the influencer campaigns (e.g. video views, CR, CPO, CLV).
Media Planning: Together with the Manager Performance Marketing, the jobholder is responsible for cross-channel and cross-country media planning on the produced assets. The media planning is to be aligned with the regionally responsible Digital Managers and to be brought to the implementation with the agencies.
Reporting: He/she is responsible for comprehensive, international reporting of activities and results on all social media channels of tesa SE with regard to the set KPIs such as engagement, community management, response time or CTR on the tesa flagship store and the CR to sale. This is done in close coordination with the "Manager Analytics".
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in strategic and operational management of social media channels in terms of channel mix, content, media planning (and experience in targeting), social commerce and community management in an agency environment or as a responsible person on the corporate side.
- High degree of creative, high self-motivation, strong communication skills, team spirit, international mindset, analytical thinking, strategic planning, conceptual skills, results-oriented, goal-oriented.
- Solid experience in project management in project manager functions
- Willingness to travel (20%)
- Very good written and spoken English, German desirable and command of other foreign languages an advantage
