Your Tasks

  • You work in the HR Services and ELR department, which provides the operational processes and topics in the area of human resources for the corporate headquarters and other entities (e.g. Payroll, Admin, Recruiting, Benefits, International Assignments)
  • Overall responsibility for processes and topics in the area of HR Services + ELR, for example with regard to collective bargaining issues, the management of employee benefits and the design of processes within HR as well as in the direction of internal and external customers
  • Project participation both on a local and on a global level
  • Establish target-oriented reporting and further analyses
  • Ensure standardisation, customer orientation and flexibilisation of processes and documents within the HR Services + ELR department
  • Participation in negotiations, coordination with internal stakeholders and co-design of agreements at the collective level
  • Steering of both internal processes, and external service providers in the context of employee benefits

Your Profile

  • Master's degree and relevant professional experience in operational HR business
  • Initial experience in both project management and in cooperation and coordination with external service providers
  • A strong affinity for numbers and process orientation, experience in working with SAP HCM
  • You enjoy working in a team and are curious about the concerns and needs of our internal customers
  • A high degree of service orientation and an interest in constantly questioning and shaping processes
  • Fluent knowledge of English
