Your Tasks

Shaping a sustainable data foundation for business partner data (customer and supplier data)

  • Optimization of data management: across the lifecycle (incl. prospects, leads, etc.), processes, functions and systems
  • Global data governance and consulting: developing, communicating and following up on standards for the generation and use of data
  • Increase data quality through appropriate measures
  • Modeling of data structures in collaboration with business functions and the IT Data Architect
  • Establishing and managing a tesa-wide network of master data experts
  • Management of master data projects as well as support in larger implementation projects

Your Profile

  • Degree in business administration, engineering, business informatics and at least 5 years of relevant professional experience
  • In-depth understanding of customer master data and ideally also supplier master data as well as their impact on business processes and digitalization
  • Demonstrable experience from projects and operational activities with a focus on master data
  • Analytical and conceptual skills as well as strategic thinking
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Coordination and leadership of virtual (project) teams as well as stakeholder management
  • Advanced knowledge of customer master data in standard IT applications (e.g. CRM, SAP)
  • Experience with common data management analysis and design tools
  • Very good command of written and spoken English
