Your Tasks

The main purpose of the position is to coordinate all digital marketing activities related to the Automotive market, including the selected market segments in Europe with a strong focus on account-based marketing. This function is responsible to develop, implement, track and optimize digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels, including websites, social media, and various online platforms in the region. In addition, this function is responsible for enriching and customizing content to maximize reach to communicate to a wider target audience and hence generate more leads into the sales funnel.

  • Manage and execute multi-channel marketing programs and campaigns that leverage SEO, social media, inbound marketing, email campaigns, and events to grow customer acquisition
  • Provide clear reports based on analytics and data in order to monitor and optimize running campaigns
  • Measure and optimize the customer experience
  • Close collaboration with Content & Communication Manager, Regional Key Account Management and outside Sales, central B2B Customer Journey Manager and Marketing Excellence team
  • Customize master material into valuable and appealing content according to regional and local needs
  • Create marketing plans, stay up-to-date with the latest digital trends, and coordinate campaigns within the BU Automotive
  • Ensure proficient lead generation and management

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or similar. MBA is a plus
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience as project lead in the field of Marketing focusing on digital projects
  • Demonstrated experience in scoping, planning, costing and timing of Marketing & digital projects
  • Extensive knowledge of automotive value chains and decision-making processes (OEM/OES); Familiarity with the automotive engineering world, people and processes
  • Strategic and critical thinking skills, organized with a high action-orientation
  • Passionate about digital Marketing; Creativity and innovation driven
  • Take initiative and maintain structure while managing multiple projects successfully
  • Proficient in digital Marketing tools, website creation, SharePoint, Teams, Hubspot etc.
  • Fluent English skills; Ability to speak another European language is preferred
  • Feel comfortable to work effectively in a multi-cultural, European matrix organization with the willingness to travel (10%)
