What you will do
To design, develop, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions (~1500 users globally) tailored to marketing, sales, and customer service processes, enabling seamless customer engagement and data-driven decision-making as well as increasing AI utilization in this service. Responsible for understanding business requirements and design efficient solutions to meet those needs.
Principal Accountabilities / Main Functions- Develop and integrate Microsoft Dynamics CRM modules (Marketing, Sales, Service).
- Translate business needs into scalable CRM solutions.
- Configure entities, forms, dashboards, workflows, and reports.
- Integrate CRM with other platforms (SAP, Power BI, marketing automation).
- Troubleshoot and resolve CRM issues.
- Ensure data privacy and security compliance.
- Prepare technical documentation and deliver user training.
- Optimize system performance for scalability.
- Stay updated on CRM trends and best practices.
- Should have good problem solving and analytical skills.
- Good understanding and clarification of business requirements.
- Handling Analysis, Coding, Testing and Quality processes for tasks.
- Should be able to think independently and be solution driven.
- Experience in evaluating alternative approaches and selecting optimal approaches.
- Support global rollout and localization initiatives.
Functional Responsibility
Technical lead for assigned CRM development and integration projects in coopereation with the Product Owner.
What you will need
Educational qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Preferred: Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Developer Associate.
Relevant experience:
- Strong Experience in designing Security model and Out of the Box Configurations.
- Experience in Workflows, Business Rules, Plugins, Form Customization and CRM Administration.
- Hands on experience in C#. Net, Java Script, MS SQL, MS CRM SDK, MSD developer toolkit.
- 3–5 years in MS Dynamics CRM development including: PCF Controls TypeScript, Power Automate, Power Platform.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools, sales & customer service processes.
- Knowledge with Azure DevOps, Postman, or similar tools.
