European Key Account Service DIY (m/f/d)

What you will do

The position serves to implement the sales, earnings and distribution goals of the Regional Key Account Management Europe through direct support of the national and international sales team, as well as through independent project work. The job holder is responsible for the entire internal administration and processing of the customers assigned to him. This includes the following core tasks:

  • Support of the European Key Account Manager (E-KAM) in creating and preparing sales activities for defined international customers
  • Coordination of customer-specific data management for defined activities
  • Acting as a communication point between customers, E-KAM and internal departments (supply chain, marketing, accounting and business operations on international level)
  • Creation of customer-specific order documents & processing of the specific international activity plan
  • Preparation of sales and earnings analyses, as well as cross-country assortment and price analyzes and reports
  • Creation of activity analyzes in coordination with the E-KAM
  • Coordination and independent development of international marketing and assortment measures
  • Preparation of and, if necessary, participation and implementation of customer appointments, presentations and meetings
  • Maintenance of all relevant customer data & implementation of price storage
  • Monitoring of local and international customer conditions (ECS) as well as billing and monitoring of local and international bonuses and promotions
  • Monitoring and control of invoice and open item lists
  • Coordination and implementation of customer-specific advertising plans

What you will need

  • Degree: Bachelor (Master desirable) or proven expierence
  • Fluent in written and spoken German and English
  • Very good understanding of numbers and analysis
  • Project management experience
  • Strategic & solution-oriented way of working
  • Independent way of working
  • Ability to work in a team and good communication skills
  • Very good knowledge of common Office programs (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
  • 1-2 years of professional experience desirable
