What you will do
We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Senior Account Manager to strengthen our commercial presence across the Czech and Slovakian market. This role is ideal for a sales professional experienced in technical B2B environments—particularly in flexographic and offset printing, packaging, paper, corrugated board, and related production value chains.
You will be responsible for expanding business with existing customers, acquiring new accounts, and maintaining a strong, high-quality sales pipeline. With a strong emphasis on customer relationships, market insight, and proactive business development, you will play a key role in growing our regional footprint.
Key Responsibilities1. Manage & Develop Existing CustomersDrive profitable sales growth and long-term customer loyalty by aligning with strategic business objectives.
Build and strengthen relationships with high-value customers (A & B segment).
Continuously review pricing, identify risks/opportunities, and communicate insights to Sales Management.
Ensure a consistently high customer experience through proper execution of operational processes.
Maintain DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) within defined targets.
Actively develop new customers and markets across all relevant value chains, from raw material producers to converters and printing houses.
Generate new leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and networking—maintaining a disciplined, high-volume approach to pipeline creation.
Execute product launches and manage specifications for new applications.
Build and maintain a strong project pipeline, meeting KPIs such as pipeline value, won projects, and customer visits.
Convert qualified prospects into opportunities and active customers.
Engage decision-makers and influencers within customer organizations.
Conduct frequent on-site visits to accelerate project closure and strengthen relationships.
Collaborate closely with internal functions (Sales Support, Customer Support, Quality, Business Operations) to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve claims.
Support accurate forecasting in collaboration with Demand Planning.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms in line with strategic direction.
Provide fact-based insights to improve product assortment and support technology development.
Fully utilize CRM tools to maintain up-to-date customer, lead, and opportunity data.
Ensure consistently high-quality CRM inputs that support digital processes and data-driven decision-making
Drive disciplined use of digital platforms for lead management and reporting.
Strong understanding of the market, especially:
Flexographic/offset printing /Paper/Corrugated board
Producers/resellers of raw materials and equipment such as:
inks (UV, water-based, solvent),
plates, sleeves, anilox rollers, films, printing presses, doctor blades, solvents, chemical cleaners, mounting/plate washing/laminating machines
Customers in Printing (Flexo, Offset) and Paper & Corrugated sectors
Strong customer orientation and relationship-building mindset.
Excellent communication and networking abilities.
Master-level negotiation skills.
High resilience to rejection and a competitive, “go‑getter” attitude.
Ability to quickly understand customer pain points and articulate effective solutions.
Strong personal organization and disciplined pipeline management.
Autonomous, self-driven, and adaptable to ambiguity.
Proficiency in CRM and digital sales tools.
Willingness to travel extensively (minimum 60%)
What you will need
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
5+ years of sales experience in a similar role.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Strong knowledge of industrial markets such as:
Raw materials and equipment for the printing industry;
Flexographic, offset, packaging, or paper production environments
