Product description
테사 HAF ® 9410은 페놀 수지 및 니트릴 고무에 기반한 열압착 필름입니다. 이 호박색 양면 테이프는 킹이 없습니다. 강력한 페이퍼 라이너로 보호되며 쉽게 잘리고 다이컷될 수 있습니다.
실온에서 테사 HAF® 9410은 끈적이지 않습니다. 열에 의해 활성화되고 90°C에서 점착성이 나타나기 시작한다. 2차 적용 단계에서 특정 시간 동안 열과 압력이 인가됩니다.

Processing:
1. Pre-lamination:
tesa HAF® 9410 is laminated before curing. For this process we recommend a temperature between 90°C and 140°C.
2. Bonding:
The bonding conditions temperature, pressure and time depend on the application. Following parameters can be regarded as a guideline:
Friction linings for synchronizer rings:
1 Temperature: 180 – 230°C
1 Pressure: > 6 bar
1 Time: 3 min
3. Tempering (optional)
To reach the maximum bonding strength the bonded parts can be tempered at 180 - 230°C for 30 - 60 min without pressure.
Bonding strength values were obtained under standard laboratory conditions. Value is guaranteed clearance limit checked with each production batch (Material: Etched aluminium test specimen / Bonding conditions: Temp. = 120°C; p = 10 bar; t = 8
min)
To reach maximum bonding strength surfaces should be clean and dry. Storage conditions according to tesa HAF® shelf life concept.
