Product description
tesa® 64912 제품은 적합한 블랙 PE 폼 백킹과 LSE 점착제로 구성된 양면 점착 테이프입니다. 두께가 1.2mm인 이 제품은 소형 장식용 외부 및 내부 트림뿐만 아니라 범퍼의 센서 브래킷 마운팅에 사용됩니다(예: PDC용)
LSE 점착제는 프라이머를 사용하지 않고 LSE 클리어 코팅 및 PP, PP/EPDM과 같은 LSE 플라스틱과 ABS, PC와 같은 MSE 플라스틱에 높은 초기 점착력을 특징으로 합니다. 바르는 즉시 목표한 박리 점착력 수준에 도달합니다. 또한 5°C의 낮은 어플리케이션 온도에서도 거의 목표한 성능을 제공합니다. -40°C 미만의 온도에서도 PE 폼 백킹의 댐핑 특성이 뛰어난 콜드 쇼크 성능을 제공합니다.
높은 적합성에 따라 본 제품은 울퉁불퉁한 표면에서도 양호한 습윤 상태를 보장하고 접착력을 확보하며 설계 공차를 보상합니다. 또한 PE 폼 백킹은 끈적임이 없어 다이 커팅과 같은 탁월한 컨버팅의 특성을 제공합니다. 더불어 높은 응집력과 상대적으로 낮은 밀도의 결합으로 저중량 설계에 효과적입니다.
