Your Tasks

  • Global implementation of SAP SuccessFactors and subsequent support of the existing components as a key user
  • Technical conception of the implementation of the data and process configurations in SuccessFactors
  • Close cooperation with HR, IT, our service provider BSS, and the tesa departments
  • Development, implementation and optimization of further digital HR processes and systems
  • Ensuring process optimization and communication within the global HR organization
  • Responsibility for internal HR IT system landscapes, in particular key user activity for SAP SuccessFactors and other HR systems
  • Organizing and conducting training sessions for system users
  • Regular review of systems and data quality
  • Participation in internal and external audits

Your Profile

  • Successfully completed studies in the field of business informatics or business administration, ideally with a focus on HR or IT, or comparable qualifications
  • Relevant professional experience in the implementation and application of SAP SuccessFactors
  • Deep understanding of HR processes and strong IT affinity
  • Expert knowledge in the field of HR with a focus on HR services and organization management
  • Enthusiasm for digitalization topics in the context of HR strategies and processes (digital compensation accounting, time management, digital personnel files and payroll topics)
  • Distinct customer and service orientation as well as high consulting competence and communication skills on all levels
  • Solution-oriented and analytical way of working as well as a high degree of diligence
  • Confident communication in German and English
