Product description
tesa® 4185 is a thin and flexible, temperature resistant PVC fineline tape with a natural rubber adhesive and is designed for two-tone car body applications during OEM paint shop processes. The 100 µm thickness helps to give fine and exact color split lines in visible areas, such as the inner side of the car roof frame.
The soft PVC backing of tesa® 4185 allows the tape to be applied on narrow shapes or curves. With a temperature resistance of 160°C/1h, tesa® 4185 can also perfectly withstand most temperatures in automotive paint shops.
Standardized and customized applicators for tesa® 4185 are available to ensure efficient tape application.
