tesa® 52018 Softprint X-Soft 380µm는, 플렉소그래픽 라벨 인쇄에서 두께 1.14 mm (0.045") 또는 1.70 mm (0.067")의 포토폴리머 플레이트를 장착하는 용도로 설계된 양면 코팅 폼 테이프입니다.
tesa® 52018 Softprint X-Soft 380 µm 제품의 특성상 얇은 스크린 인쇄, 특히 경질의 디지털 플레이트에 사용하기에 이상적입니다. 또한 보다 많은 쿠션이 있어 인쇄 속도는 높이는 동시에 원하지 않는 인쇄 “바운스”의 영향은 줄이고, 지름이 짧은 실린더상에서도 플레이트를 밑으로 유지할 수 있습니다.
폼 특성
- 매우 강한 연성의 폼은 경성의 디지털 플레이트(매우 얇은 스크린 인쇄)와 함께 사용하기에 좋은 플레이트 마운팅 솔루션임

점착 특성
- 슬리브/실린더에 대한 점착성이 안정적이며 특별히 제거 관련 특성이 향상됨
- 플레이트와의 점착력이 뛰어나 모서리가 들뜨거나 플레이트가 움직이지 않게 함
추가적인 특성
- 폴리프로필렌 라이너가, 플레이트 마운팅시 에어버블이 형성되지 않게 함
- 기재 상 로고의 노란색 코드는 폼이 매우 연성임을 나타냄
