How you'll help the formula:
- Develop, mentor, and support your direct reports in executing all supply chain functions effectively.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying root causes and implementing practical solutions to improve efficiencies.
- Implement oversight and audit processes across all functional supply chain areas to ensure operational effectiveness and compliance.
- Champion performance improvement by supporting the team to meet and exceed key metrics and service levels.
- Build and maintain strong communication and collaborative relationships with global colleagues, all business units and other key stakeholders to support accurate forecasting, planning and delivery.
- Design and implement comprehensive training programs that enhance employee understanding of processes, ensure consistent procedural execution, and promote effective use of systems.
- Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures within the Materials Management team and across relevant operations.
- Performs other duties as required.
Key elements for your role:
- Bachelor’s degree required; preferred focus in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of five (8) years’ experience in a supply chain-related environment, including material planning, warehousing, or logistics.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to lead change initiatives and implement new processes and best practices across teams.
- Strong process understanding and a high level of execution performance in a fast-paced, complex environment.
- Proven track record in employee development, supervision, and driving process improvements.
- Ability to strategically balance material management processes with regional and corporate demand planning goals.
- Solid understanding of technology platforms such as EDI and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% both domestically and internationally.
