How to apply EasySplice for your diaper production

Step-by-step instruction showcasing how EasySplice tape can be applied easily to your diaper production process.

Step 1: folder back top layer

01Fold back the top layer.

Step 2: Do not touch exposed adhesive area

02Do not touch the adhesive area on the reverse side of the tape.

Step 3: Apply tape in a straight line

03Apply the tape in a straight line with a slight angle - the narrow part of the narrow part of liner should be on the top!

Step 3: Leave a space and apply pressure

04Leave a gap of 10 mm (~0.5") on either side of the reel. Apply pressure on the tape to ensure excellent adhesion.

Step 5: Remove narrow part of the liner, pulling upwards

05Remove the upper part of the liner, pulling upwards.

Step 6: Pull the top sheet over the exposed adhesive

06Pull the top sheet tightly over the tape.

Step 7: Fold back the excess material

07Fold back the excess material.

Step 8: Tear away the excess material

08Tear/cut off the excess material.

Step 9: Trim both edges

09Trim both edges.

Step 10: Remove the remaining liner, pulling downwards

10Remove the remaining liner, pulling downwards.

Step 11: Reel is ready to splice

11Now, the reel is ready to splice.
