Side by side for sustainability with our suppliers

Sustainability

Decarbonizing the supply chain is not only a crucial step for companies to achieve their sustainability goals; it's a powerful commitment to a more sustainable future.

By driving real change, leading by example, and working hand in hand with partners, companies can effectively combat global climate change. tesa has recognized this challenge and responded with its Supplier Green Energy Program, launched in 2024, an innovative initiative that goes far beyond conventional approaches

More partnerships and more pathways

As the next step, tesa will carry forward momentum and involve more suppliers in this collective push for progress. Goals, tools and supportive materials will guide each supplier on its unique pathway to emissions reduction based on the specific status of its decarbonization efforts. We are also introducing a Supplier Academy platform to share insights about successfully switching to green energy

We do: Source responsibly

We want to ensure that fair working conditions, human rights and environmental protection are upheld along the supply chain. To this end, we plan to use certifications, get involved in associations and assess suppliers. In the long term, we aim to achieve 100% responsible and sustainable sourcing for all of our raw materials. We want to ensure that fair working conditions, human rights and environmental protection are upheld along the supply chain.
