Associate Sales Manager, Electronics
Senior Sales Engineer to Associate Sales Manager, Electronics.
Expected 8-10 years.
What you will do
- Identifying new customers and hunting new opportunities
- Spec-in and commercialization activity for Korea and APAC business growth
- Key account management and short-, mid- and long-term strategy planning and execution
- Project management and coordination by closely working with R&D, SCM, HQ and cross boarder
- Product positioning and selling / implementation of pricing strategies
- Strategic converters and distributors management
- Constant monitoring of actual vs. planned PNS developments and implementation of respective counter-measures in case of deficiencies
- Market research to identify future growth prospects and active approach of such accounts / market segments
- New product promotions, customer training, technical and supply services
- Regular communication and information exchange with counterparts in other countries and in HQ (e.g. BU)
- Cross border demand coordination and forecasting
What you will need
Educational level & Certifications
- B.A. degree / graduated degree or equivalent
- Preferred in Engineering or other relevant fields (Polymer, Chemical background)
- English fluency & Native Korean
Experience
- Min 5 years’ relevant experience
- Knowledge on technical & sales
- Network in the relevant business field will be preferred
- Experience managing key accounts such as Samsung or LG is a plus
Specific skills & Personal characteristics
- B2B sales & key account management skills
- Market and business analysis capability
- Cross-functional coordination & project management skills
- Pricing and commercial analysis skills
- Advanced MS Office proficiency
- Proficiency in CRM and other relevant business managing tools
