Product description
tesa® 6042 ProSeal is an automation solution for automotive Hole Covering applications.
The end effector is equipped with cartridges carrying different tesa® sealing patches. These cartridges rotate in a circular process between the customer and at a local tesa facility, taking care about the refill of the cartridge. High application speed can be achieved, as this product carries up to 4.000 die-cuts and needs no material refill in between and the application of different diameters with the 2-stamp design as well as the automatic cartridge change.

The end effector can be equipped with different tesa Hole Covering patches, e.g.:
- tesa® 54335 PunctureGuard for demanding exterior applications, e.g. underbody
- tesa® 54332 FireGuard to resist against fire in case of a thermal run away of a BEV, e.g. underbody
- tesa® 54336 flexible black sealing patch for demanding interior applications e.g. passenger compartment floor
- tesa® 54338 thin conformable patch for less demanding interior applications e.g. pillars
- tesa® 54349 tough covering patch for less demanding exterior or interior applications, e.g. rocker panel
