Product Features
- While the sleeve side adhesive ensures a secure bond to the sleeve, the plate side adhesive is especially tailored for the bond to very thin photopolymer plates.
- The bond is high enough to secure the plate for a stable printing process, while at the same time allowing for easy removal of the plate without any plate damage.
- The specially developed liner provides an ideal solution for tape handling also when applying across very wide sleeves.

tesa® 52307 is especially designed for plate mounting of very thin photopolymer plates (e.g. 0.76 mm / 0.03” or 1.14 mm / 0.045") on compressible sleeves in flexographic printing.
Solvent resistance of the tape ensures easy and efficient processes.

- It is a double-sided tape with highly differentiated adhesion levels on its two sides.
- All of our products for plate mounting on compressible sleeves feature very thin film backings to not interfere with the compressible characteristics of the sleeve.
