- contact details (e.g., e-mail address, telephone number) as well as contact details available within the online marketplace
- shipping and billing information
- data that you send to us directly and
- data on questions or to clarify issues concerning an order.
If the products are not shipped directly by the platform provider, we receive your personal data from the platform provider, e.g., your postal address, post office box or similar. We transmit your data to the sole-responsible postal and courier service as well as logistics companies according to the shipping method you have selected.
The legal basis of the data processing for the fulfilment of the contract is Art. 6 para. 1 s. 1 lit. b GDPR and for the fulfilment of legal information and retention obligations Art. 6 para. 1 s. 1 lit. c GDPR.
If you contact us, for example, for questions regarding the product, we process your personal data to answer your query in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 s. 1 lit. f GDPR.
If you submit an order as a contact person for a company or organisation, we process your data on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 s. 1 lit. f GDPR. As a contact person, you can object to this processing at any time with effect for the future pursuant to Art. 21 GDPR.
