Since 2020 tesa has donated more than 7 million dollars in a large-scale aid program to support the ongoing fight against COVID-19. Supporting health and wellbeing for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities
For thousands of years the Ngangkari – the traditional Aboriginal healers in Central Australia – have passed on their skills and knowledge to young children. Malpa follow this approach by partnering with the Australasian College for Emergency Medicine and the Australian Indigenous Doctors Association to educate and empower young children to be health leaders in their communities. Through Malpa’s efforts, over 2,000 young doctors are now advocates of health literacy, nutrition, hygiene, Social and emotional well-bring and more.

National Seniors Australia
Advocacy and Action for Older Australians
As an advocacy and action group for older Australians, National Seniors Australia carried out more than 8,000 well-being checks in 2020 to support mental health and the flow of information on COVID-19 related restrictions.

StreetSmart
Fighting Homelessness across Australia
StreetSmart has been extremely active during the pandemic, with innovative programs to help the homeless, including their SmartMeals program which utilised the unused capacity of local cafes & restaurants to provide meals for those in need in their community. In 2020, SmartMeals reached the milestone of providing over 100,000 meals for the homeless.

Dedicated to Supporting Mental Health in the Community
Over the past year in particular many Australians have faced isolation and the overwhelming effects of the pandemic. Beyond Blue have made speaking to a trained counsellor easier than ever, with phone, webchat and online community forum access available 24/7.
