Product description

tesa® 60164 is a matte black, single sided electrically conductive self adhesive tape. It consists of an electrically conductive adhesive which is coated on a backing with a high thermal conductivity in XY direction.

tesa® 60164 features especially:

1 Good electrical conductivity in XY direction for very good grounding and EMI shielding performance
1 Excellent thermal conductivity especially in XY direction to spread and transport heat
1 High adhesion level even at harsh environmental conditions
1 Matte black surface (low gloss) with electrically conductive function

EMI shielding or grounding of heat sources (such as CPU, BLUs,LCD etc.) in combination with heat spreading
