Get the surface nice and clean
Cleaning your surface with a dust-free cloth will ensure optimal holding power. Always test the load-bearing capacity of your surface before mounting.
The smart way to mount objects on textured and sensitive surfaces.
Click through the tabs in this step-by-step video to see how quick and easy it is to get your projects – and your possessions – off the ground.
It can seem pretty daunting drilling holes in your nice neat wallpaper. But now there’s a removable, reusable screw that’s perfect for mounting objects with pre-drilled holes without damaging such sensitive surfaces. Not suitable for the following surfaces: vinyl wallpaper or non-stick surfaces (e.g. silicon, PTFE).

Using the tabs at the end of each Adhesive Strip, remove them from their protective foil making sure you don’t touch the adhesive surface. Position the strips vertically to the wallpaper, with the blue tabs at the bottom and facing the wall.
Press down firmly across the whole surface of each strip for at least 5 seconds – this’ll activate the Powerstrips® Technology and ensure a good, strong bond.
Next, remove the protective foil from both strips and align a screw with the top edge of each one, keeping the screw heads at the top. Then simply fold each screw down onto the adhesive surface immediately above the grey line.
Press down at the top of each screw for 5 seconds, for another 5 seconds at the centre and for a final 5 seconds at bottom to engage the Powerstrips® Technology again.
To adjust the screws’ positions, push the red toggle up so you can move the screw head to the desired position. Once each screw is at the height you want, just slide the red toggle back down into its locked position and remove the detachable nuts from the screw heads.
Thread the screws through the pre-drilled holes and replace the nuts. Whether it’s a small shelf as in the example or something else altogether like a speaker fitting or entryphone, these Adjustable Adhesive Screws can be used to mount just about anything up to 1kg - and two of them will hold twice that.
There’s really nothing simpler. Hold of the screw head with one hand and with your other hand grip the exposed tab at the bottom of the Adhesive Strip. Without pressing the screw back onto the surface, pull straight downwards (NOT away from the surface or diagonally). This action releases the thousands of individual bonds that constitute the adhesive very gradually, leaving your wallpaper unmarked.
