The smart way to mount or hang objects on textured and sensitive surfaces.
Click through the tabs in this step-by-step video to see how quick and easy it is to get your projects – and your possessions – off the ground.
Hanging a picture is the work of a moment with Adhesive Nails. Please take a look through our step-by-step guide to ensure that they perform as you want them to – and that they don’t leave a trace when you want to remove them. This product is not suitable for vinyl wallpaper or non-stick surfaces (e.g. silicon, PTFE).
Cleaning your surface with a dust-free cloth will ensure optimal holding power. Always test the load-bearing capacity of your surface before mounting.
Peel off an Adhesive Strip by taking hold of the tab at one end. Taking care not to touch the adhesive surface itself, press the strip vertically into position with the blue tab at the bottom, facing the wall.
Press down firmly across the entire surface for at least 5 seconds to ensure that the Powerstrips® Technology is activated.
Take off the protective foil where you see the Powerstrip® emblem, and align the nail with the top edge of the strip – ensuring that the head of the nail is at the top – then simply fold the nail down onto the adhesive right above the grey line.
Press down firmly with both thumbs at the top of the nail for 5 seconds and for another 5 seconds at bottom of the nail. That’s it – you’re good to go!
Your Adhesive Nail is great for anything up to 0.5kg, not just lightweight pictures (you can use two nails to double the holding power). And because they’re removable and reusable, you can move your photos, paintings and ornaments around as often as you want.
There’s nothing to it. Just take a light hold of the nail head with one hand (ensure you’re not pressing it onto the surface) and with your other hand take hold of the exposed tab. Now here’s the trick: gently stretch the Adhesive Strip down, parallel to the surface and NOT away from it. This action releases the thousands of tiny individual bonds that make up the adhesive surface, ensuring it comes away cleanly and without damaging your surface.
