As of October, Carolin Adler (40) is Head of Corporate Communications at tesa SE with headquarters in Norderstedt near Hamburg.
She is responsible for the internal and external communication of the global technology company that offers adhesive tape solutions for end users and many industrial sectors. Carolin Adler comes from the Körber Group, where over the past few years she had built up the Center of Expertise Transformation & Change Management. Before that, Adler was Senior Manager Corporate Communications at Körber AG, among others as deputy Head of Corporate Communications and press spokeswoman. The communication scientist and business economist has extensive professional experience in the areas of business, financial and change communication as well as internal communication. Moreover, she is a qualified professional & business coach.
In her new position she reports to Dr. Norman Goldberg, CEO of tesa SE. "I'm very pleased that with Carolin Adler we've found a personality for this task who has a very broad spectrum of expertise," explains Dr. Norman Goldberg. "Carolin Adler will provide important impulses to further internationalize and digitize strategic communication within the group." Adler succeeds Interim Manager Bettina Feldgen. The predecessor Reinhart Martin left the company after more than 18 years.
