Twinlock Customer Set Up



Effective January 1, 2020, all USA and Canada Customer Service functions for tesa ® Twinlock will be fully integrated into our Charlotte office in North Carolina. Our team will partner with your company to support all of your tesa ® Twinlock inquiries and order processing needs. This transition will allow us to better support your business by providing a dedicated Customer Service source for tesa ® Twinlock products.

As a part of this integration process, we must set up an account for you in tesa systems and kindly ask that you return the enclosed information to twinlock@tesatape.com at your earliest convenience:

  • A completed/signed credit application
  • A signed/completed tax exemption form
  • A signed authorization form for email invoicing

This information will be necessary for the processing and entering of all orders entered on or after January 1, 2020.
