Double-sided tape for mounting textile-based car covers to automotive clear coats
Product description
tesa® 50460 Hood Fixation is part of a hood fixation assortment that is catered to fulfill the rising needs of OEMs and tiers along global value chains, i.e. from hood manufacturing to final hood removal.
This double-sided tape is specifically designed to bond car body covers to clear coats. Due to the double-sided tape design, no additional fixation technology is required. With its unique combination of adhesives, backing, and liner, tesa® 50460 Hood Fixation exhibits several benefits in the application.
The two different adhesives are designed to perfectly adhere permanently to the hood material and temporarily to the car’s clear coat. tesa® 50460 Hood Fixation can be combined perfectly with tesa® 50410 or tesa® 50537 for bonding to the windscreen.
