Your Tasks

You are responsible for the paid media marketing channels with focus on SEA and display marketing for the e-commerce consumer business of tesa. By planning and implementing efficient performance campaigns you contribute to the steady growth of the marketplace business as well as the tesa brand shop. You monitor performance KPIs and optimize the campaign performance along the whole customer journey.

Your Tasks

  • Plan, steer and monitor performance marketing campaigns for the tesa brand shop and the marketplace channels
  • Manage the marketing channels SEA, SEO, display, retargeting and social paid
  • Analyze and optimize campaign and marketing performance along defined KPIs and data
  • Improve the online tracking landscape
  • Analyze the online marketing funnel and optimize the customer journey along all marketing channels
  • Create reports on marketing and campaign performance for stakeholders and management
  • Test continuously new formats and content
  • Plan and control the performance marketing budget
  • Steer the performance agency
  • Work together closely with the e-commerce sales managers, product marketing managers and the international marketing and sales colleagues

Your Profile

  • University degree in marketing or business economics
  • > 5 years professional experience in online performance marketing with focus on search engine adverting for an online shop and/or FMCG background
  • Detailed knowledge of the common SEA, SEO, and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Ad Manager, Google Tag Manager, Bid Manager, Sistrix)
  • Experience in implementation of attribution models
  • Highly analytical and structured working approach with data-driven decision making competencies
  • Strong social skills and good communication with diverse stakeholders in an international environment
  • Proven agency network and experience in the management of agencies
  • Agile mindset, hands on mentality, and strong customer focus
  • Excellent written and spoken English & German
