Product description

tesa® 77007 Infinite Bond is a permanent mounting tape for extrusion processes. The tape comprises of a heat sealable layer to bond to plastics during extrusion processes, a PET-film barrier layer and a reliable acrylic adhesive specifically chosen to comply with demanding surfaces such as powder-coatings. Coming with following feature:
  • Superior bond strength to extruded plastics due to in-line lamination with heat sealing layer
  • Barrier film to prevent migration of additives (e.g. softeners) in to the adhesive
  • Excellent performance on demanding substrates such as power coatings due to specifically chosen acrylic adhesive

  • Extrusion of intumescent seals
  • Extrusion of Polyolefins (e.g. PE, PP)
  • Extrusion of EVA
  • Extrusion of EPDM
  • General calendering processes with bulk temperature >150°C
