Your Tasks

As Analytics and CRM Manager for the tesa consumer e-commerce business, you are responsible for the analysis and reporting framework for our digital sales channels. Based on your detailed data analysis and data structuring, you provide valuable insights and performance-driven recommendations to the sales and marketing responsibles. By analyzing performance marketing campaigns and creating automated CRM campaigns, you contribute to the steady growth of the online shop and marketplace business.

Your Tasks

  • Set-up a central reporting tool for all e-commerce activities of the consumer business
  • Provide explicit sales and marketing reports for the operational teams as well as management
  • Define and control critical e-commerce and online marketing KPIs and develop a daily KPI monitoring
  • Develop a testing and analytics framework for data-based decision-making and recommend appropriate actions to the team and the management
  • Define the digital tool landscape for online tracking and e-commerce analytics
  • Analyze and evaluate online marketing campaigns, digital sales actions, and online shop functions
  • Build a channel-integrated customer journey management approach, provide a customer classification and CLV analysis and further develop the CRM system
  • Plan, implement and monitor automated CRM and email campaigns
  • Set-up a customized communication flow for different stakeholders
  • Work together closely with the e-commerce team and the colleagues in international marketing, controlling, BI, and IT

Your Profile

  • University degree in business management, economics, informatics, science, technology or mathematics
  • > 5 years professional experience as business analyst, data scientist or data engineer for e-commerce, marketing or customer management
  • Highly analytical and structured working approach
  • Detailed knowledge of the common tracking, analytics, and reporting tools, such as SAP Analytics Cloud, Tableau, Power Query, Google Data Studio, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Teradata, and Salesforce
  • Excellent technical understanding and deep knowledge of HTML, Java Script, and SQL
  • Experience in managing cross-functional projects and in the implementation of new BI tools
  • Strong social skills and good communication with diverse stakeholders in an international environment
  • Agile mindset, hands on mentality, and strong customer focus
  • Excellent written and spoken English & German
