The Global Key Account Manager (GKAM) supports the overall strategy of BU Electronics. This position carries global responsibility, a specific requirement is to act freely across geographical borders to manage and facilitate tesa’s US-based Global Key Account (GKA) related business originating from the defined design locations in direct co-operation with staff in Asia, Europe and the US. The GKAM further enhances practical knowledge about assigned GKA, its processes and requirements within the tesa organization in related functions of technical sales, product and market management and R&D. The GKAM furthermore organizes and conducts international GKA meetings for assigned GKAs (with support of US and EU colleagues) to jointly define priorities and activities to increase business with the account and its value chain.
