Your Tasks

  • Responsible for sustainable sales and profit growth of Top Automotive Supplier Key Account in Western Germany, Frankfurt - Cologne area
  • Develop and implement strategic key account plans/processes to enhance our dedicated customer focus
  • Strengthening commercial offline and online negotiations by excellent business acumen
  • Creating and maintaining a customer network identifying core buying center processes and carrying out competitive insights
  • As Project Leader drive challenging mid-term customer projects in a complex automotive value chains and external supplier networks
  • Understanding and translating customer needs to succeed in project work from first product approvals to final contract Closings
  • Initiate business cases to drive outside-in innovation for new business development
  • Acting as a team player in an international environment targeting a strong European OEM/OES presence
  • Share and communicate valuable market information internally through new digital channels with positive team spirit in a fast-paced way

Your Profile

  • Master in Business, Engineering or comparable degree
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in sales, business development or other technical project-oriented areas
  • Experienced in the automotive industry
  • Networker with excellent cross-functional communication skills
  • Highly self-organized and result oriented
  • Intrinsic motivation and a positive manner by working in a dynamic environment undergoing structural transformations
  • Hands-on mentality and willingness to travel by company car
  • Business fluent in German and English
