Consulting
Our sales and distribution engineers advise customers in the selection of raw and semi-finished materials, in matters regarding design, preparation of the technical file, and coordination of production processes, and in the choice of partners for contract sterilization work. In everything we do, we focus on both the technical and the economic aspects, and most especially on the product’s user friendliness.

Innovative design and flexible production capacity for the on-skin segment
Selection of materials
As an affiliate of tesa SE, tesa Converting Center GmbH has access to a broad assortment of raw and semi-finished materials (self-adhesive materials, dermatological materials, foams, nonwoven fabrics, plastic films, metal foils, fabric tapes, separating films and paper liners, packaging materials) and extensive development resources.
Die-cut technology
tesa has a broad spectrum of different technologies at its disposal. Specially developed rotary die-cutting machines with inline control systems enable efficient production of large volumes of products, even those with complex structures.
Prototype development
The precision die-cuts, designed in CAD systems, are realized using cutting plotters. Our use of state-of-the-art technology guarantees fast, efficient product development.

Multilaminates for in-vitro diagnostic use demand the utmost precision during the die-cutting process
Production and packaging under cleanroom conditions
Products with tighter requirements for cleanliness are produced in an ISO Class 7 cleanroom unit. Specially trained employees and comprehensive air quality monitoring systems ensure the maximum level of cleanliness.
Traceability and lot labeling
The production chain at tesa Converting Center GmbH meets all of the requirements of the German Medical Products Act. We ensure this by documenting our raw and semi-finished materials accordingly (batch tracking and tracing) and by using a computer-based lot labeling system.
Certificates
tesa Converting Center GmbH is certified under various standards, including ISO 13485:2003, ISO 9001:1994; ISO 9001:2000, and DIN EN ISO 14001.
