We need: an old drawer (it shouldn’t be too huge!), white paint, a paint brush, patterned paper, scissors, a pencil, a ruler, picture wire, metal screw-in eyes (the number you need will depend on the weight – remember there will be items on the bedside table), too!, handicrafts tape, tesa® Adhesive Nails Wallpaper & Plaster 2kg

Begin by getting your drawer looking at it’s best. Give it a light sanding down before painting it white.

Use a small piece of handicrafts tape inside each of the four corners.

Once you’ve cut your paper to fit, remove the backing from the double-sided tape and press it into place inside the drawer.

Screw the metal eyes into the back of your drawer and attach the wire to them. This is how your DIY bedside table will hang next to your bed.

Following the instructions in the pack, apply two tesa® Adhesive Nails Wallpaper & Plaster 2kg to the wall where the table is to hang. Carefully hang the table and adjust until it is level. That’s it!
