Welcome to fall!
Welcome to fall!

Intoxicated by color
Connected to nature
Red, yellow, green – the colorful leaves spread a cozy mood inside the home as well. These round fall blossoms are assembled from a variety of many individual leaves. The next page shows how to do this project.
Our leaf spheres are most effective when they are made up of one type of leaves and one color. The thing that lends the ball its shape is an unfinished piece of polystyrene foam (photo below). The leaves are glued on right next to one another. A thin twig, as straight as possible, serves as a stem.

tesa® Double-Sided Handycraft Tape
Add your own leaves!
So that everything holds together well, wind double-sided tesa® Craft Tape all around the polystyrene foam sphere (from an arts and crafts supply store), leaving only a small area free for the stem.
Tip:
It is best to work from top to bottom.

Red sets the tone
Starring role for fall
The last rays of summer sunshine paint every leaf in different shades. Only the most beautiful of them are gathered and brought to the table for use as napkin rings. They are especially beautiful in combination with natural-tone linen.

Autumnal works of art
Personal leaf collection
First cut off a piece a good 3 cm (1.5 in.) wide from a roll of cardboard and wrap it carefully with double-sided tesa® Craft Tape. Then affix the leaves all around it, packed tightly together.
Grape leaves on wine glasses
A toast to the seasons
Grape leaves on wine glasses: a harmonious way to get in the mood for a nice evening with good friends. The best way to write on the leaves is with a waterproof permanent market – use silver and gold for a pretty, festive effect.

Simple, but effective
Leaves with silver
Simple, but effective: Leaves in autumn tints as place cards or so that guests can find their glasses again, at a party with standing room only.
And what’s the best way to stick the leaves to glass? Our tip: with transparent, double-sided tesa® Photo Film.

Invitation to sample the flavors of the season
The art of cards
A hearty quiche Lorraine, subtle squash soup, or braised meat: You decide on the menu – and if you don’t choose anything too labor-intensive, you will surely have five minutes left over to write a little menu card.
Tip:
Leaves can be affixed to the paper easily and adhere well with double-sided tesa® Craft Tape.
