tesa® Mounting tapes: New solutions for solid,
permanent fastening

Professional double-sided fastening solutions for a multitude of uses constitute a successful focal point for tesa in the end-user business since many years. tesa is expanding this profitable product category by a new range of mounting tapes that will allow to even fasten heavy and at the same time sensitive objects permanently on smooth as well as on rough or uneven surfaces. The particularly strong special adhesive tapes developed in accordance with the latest solvent-free technology facilitate fastening considerably since they conveniently and simply replace tools as well as complex technical work.

The particularly strong special adhesive tapes developed in accordance with the latest solvent-free technology facilitate fastening considerably since they conveniently and simply replace tools as well as complex technical work.

Extra strong holding power for indoor jobs is provided by tesa® Mounting tape INDOOR. It is suited for smooth as well as uneven surfaces. Due to the specially developed adhesive mass the mounting tape perfectly adapts also to slightly uneven substrates without losing adhesive strength.

For strong support of heavy objects also in damp rooms tesa® Mounting tape for mirrors is an outstanding solution. Up to 1 cm thick mirrors can be effortlessly and permanently fixed to the wall by means of this double-sided mounting tape. Seams with drill holes and damaged wall tiles are a thing of the past. The tape is insensitive to moisture resulting from water vapour and increased humidity in the bathroom.

The UV resistant tesa® Mounting tape OUTDOOR is specially suited for outdoor applications on rough and uneven surfaces like plaster and masonry. The double-sided tape features particularly high adhesion. It adapts exactly to the substrate and can therefore be flexibly applied even on rough surfaces.

For invisible fastening of transparent objects for example or for mounting of window panes tesa® Mounting tape TRANSPARENT has been developed. Decorative and transparent objects can be permanently fixed professionally and effortlessly without impairing the optical appearance.

With this new assortment tesa is tapping the application field of permanent mounting solutions for the end-user business as well. A market that since 2002 is growing continuously and last year showed an increase by roughly 24 %.
