We are looking to recruit a highly motivated graduate for the Controlling division at our regional headquarters located in Budapest. You will be responsible of implementing pricing processes in alignment with corporate policy, with the express purpose of improving the transparency and efficiency of pricing structures in Eastern Europe. The objective is to obtain a supportive tool to be deployed by our sales force when making price-related decisions and conducting negotiations.
The main tasks of this project are as follows:
- Drive the implementation of pricing processes in the Eastern Europe region: set up a pricing, conditions and discounts system, analyse and monitor pricing tools on a regular basis, introduce gap analyses, assist with sales collateral and negotiating strategies
- Act as a key interface for the Eastern Europe region throughout the whole implementation process
- Define sales controlling and monitoring processes with regard to regional HQ reporting
- Support the definition and implementation of future processes related to direct pricing tools
To apply for this position, you should hold a business degree from a leading European business school, preferably with an emphasis on marketing, sales or controlling. Your academic track record will be complemented by international experience gained as part of foreign internships (at least six months in duration) or initial project work.
Your profile should also include the following qualities:
- Well-developed analytical and conceptual skills
- Ability to use your initiative and shape future activities
- Excellent interpersonal communication, presentation and negotiating skills
- Diplomatic and obliging but able to assert yourself
- Self-motivated, proactive and creative
- Fluent in spoken and written English and another European language
- Willingness to travel frequently and to relocate abroad for extended periods
- Multicultural awareness
